1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Joe's Commercial Cleaning Services ("Joe's", "we", "us", or "our") for any cleaning, supply, or related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We provide commercial cleaning services and cleaning-supply products to businesses, clinics, schools, institutions, and other commercial premises in Winnipeg and the surrounding area. The specific scope, schedule, and pricing of any service will be confirmed in a written quote, booking confirmation, or service agreement.

3. Bookings, Quotes, and Payment

Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required for first-time bookings. We accept cheque payments by mail; other arrangements may be made in writing. Invoices are payable within the terms specified on the invoice. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to interest and collection costs.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule or cancel a scheduled cleaning by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to a portion of the service price.

5. Online Shop

Orders for cleaning supplies placed through our online shop at shop.joescommercialcleaningservices.ca are subject to the shop's own checkout terms, including pricing, taxes, shipping, returns, and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the premises during the agreed service window, securing valuables, and notifying us of any hazards, fragile items, or special instructions before the service begins.

7. Liability

Joe's Commercial Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided for the affected booking. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improperly secured or undisclosed fragile items. Claims must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost, where reasonable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and branding — is the property of Joe's Commercial Cleaning Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
